Multichannel I/O Modules

The MCM-T08AII-TE module is ideal for measuring temperatures with thermocouples of type K (nickel-chromium / nickel) in test systems, where a decoupling between metrology and test specimen must be ensured. It is characterized by a high insulation strength of up to 800 volts channel-to-channel and channel-to-ground. The module can be controlled via the CAN bus.

It is optimally equipped for use in harsh environments. Application areas include starter test benches, engine test stands or generator test stands, HIL systems and test benches for the conditioning of batteries.

In cooperation with SMART TESTSOLUTIONS, ZF Friedrichshafen AG has developed a new generation of test stands that is characterised by exceptional flexibility and is easy to configure thanks to a lean script language and special drivers. In developing the system, the partners were able to draw on the existing range of optimised system modules for measured value acquisition, load and sensor simulation, which had a positive impact on costs.
