The relay matrix TCR2464V2 a total of 88 channels: 64 signal and 24 load channels. Different sensor types can be simulated by on-pluggable modules.

The TCR2464V2 has been developed for use in test systems and automation units. Due to the universal and compact construction, the TCR2464V2 can also be used at the bench for testing and development purposes. With the TCR2464V2 and the expansion modules, a simulation environment for electronic control units can be simulated. Furthermore, the TCR2464V2 is used as a remotely controllable isolation adapter with fault simulation.

In cooperation with SMART TESTSOLUTIONS, ZF Friedrichshafen AG has developed a new generation of test stands that is characterised by exceptional flexibility and is easy to configure thanks to a lean script language and special drivers. In developing the system, the partners were able to draw on the existing range of optimised system modules for measured value acquisition, load and sensor simulation, which had a positive impact on costs.
